Vero Beach: 465 homes for sale this week

For the week of October 26, 2026 to November 2, 2026, there were 465 homes for sale in Vero Beach. Of those, 81 were under contract. The week before, 451 homes were for sale and 88 were under contract, so the number of homes on the market rose while the number under contract fell. The median asking price for homes currently for sale was $414,900, compared with $409,990 in the prior period. The average asking price was $635,251, compared with $628,860 the period before. Both figures are asking prices, meaning what sellers are listing their homes for today, not what homes have sold for. The average sits well above the median, which suggests a number of higher-priced listings are pulling the average up. The median asking price per square foot was $231, unchanged from the prior period. So while the median and average asking prices both edged higher, the per-square-foot figure stayed flat. Taken together, this week's numbers show a few more homes on the market, slightly fewer under contract, and asking prices that moved up modestly at the median and average.
