For the reporting period of October 26, 2026 to November 2, 2026, Palm City had 164 homes for sale, and 24 homes were under contract. Last period there were 155 homes for sale and 28 under contract. The number of available homes went up, while the number of homes under contract went down. The median asking price of homes on the market is $650,000, compared with $664,000 in the prior period. The average asking price is $889,244, down from $915,289 last period. The average sits well above the median, which tells us a group of higher-priced listings pulls the average up. These are all list prices of homes currently on the market, not prices homes have sold for. The median asking price per square foot is $293, compared with $296 in the prior period. That is a small move in the same direction as the other asking-price figures. Taken together, this period shows more homes listed, fewer homes going under contract, and slightly lower asking prices across all three measures: median, average, and price per square foot. These figures cover just one week and compare only against the week before, so they describe a snapshot and should not be read as a long-term trend.
