Jensen Beach: 165 homes for sale this week

For the week of October 26, 2026 to November 2, 2026, Jensen Beach had 165 homes for sale. That is down from 170 homes in the prior period. The number of homes under contract was 38, the same as the prior period. Asking prices were lower this period. The median asking price for homes on the market was $425,000, compared with $432,450 in the prior period. The average asking price was $498,900, down from $532,883. The average sits above the median, which usually means a smaller group of higher-priced listings is pulling it up. Asking price per square foot followed the same direction. The median came in at $288 this period, compared with $293 previously. All of these figures describe the asking (list) prices of homes currently on the market. They are not sale prices and do not show what homes sold for. In short, this week had slightly fewer homes for sale, an unchanged count of homes under contract, and somewhat lower asking-price figures than the period before.
