Hobe Sound: 123 homes for sale this week

For the period of October 26, 2026 to November 2, 2026, Hobe Sound had 123 homes for sale. That is up from 111 homes in the prior period, so there are more homes on the market than there were a week earlier. Of those, 11 homes were under contract, compared with 9 in the prior period. The number of homes under contract rose slightly, though it remains a small share of the homes currently listed. The median asking price was $454,000, unchanged from the prior period. The median asking price per square foot was also unchanged at $268. By those two measures, typical list prices held steady even as the number of listings grew. The average asking price was $1,187,899, up from $891,152 in the prior period. The average and the median can move differently because the average is influenced by the highest-priced homes on the market, while the median reflects the middle of the range. Here, the average rose while the median stayed the same. All of these figures are asking (list) prices for homes currently on the market. They describe what sellers are asking, not what homes have sold for. In short, this week shows a few more listings, a couple more homes under contract, and typical asking prices that stayed level.
