Vero Beach: 464 homes available this week

For the period from October 23, 2026 to October 30, 2026, there were 464 homes for sale in the city of Vero Beach. That is up from 451 homes in the prior period, so buyers had a few more homes to look at than the week before. Homes under contract came to 84, compared with 88 in the prior period. That is a slight dip in the number of homes with accepted offers. The prices below are asking (list) prices for homes on the market right now, not sale prices. The median asking price was $414,950, up from $409,990 in the prior period. The average asking price was $631,054, compared with $628,860 before. The average sits well above the median, which suggests a group of higher-priced listings is pulling it up. The median asking price per square foot was $230, a touch lower than the $231 recorded in the prior period. Even though overall asking prices ticked up, the per-square-foot figure was essentially flat.
