Riverland is best if…
You want a resort-scale 55+ lifestyle with the Treasure Coast's largest amenity campus, and you're comfortable starting around $550K.
PGA Village Verano is best if…
You want golf and pickleball at the center of daily life, a lower entry point (~$400K), or an all-ages community.
If you're set on a true 55+ lifestyle and the largest amenity core in the area — and your budget comfortably starts in the mid-$500s — Riverland is hard to beat. If golf and pickleball are the point, you'd like a lower entry price, or you need an all-ages community (say, a spouse under 55), PGA Village Verano is the more natural fit. Neither is "better" — they're built for different priorities.
